Reason: Gallup is growing on me but I hate Crowder so they cancel each other out. I worry about Micole Hardman and Tevin Coleman but less so then Crowder and Fant. In terms of RBs Mixon has been goodish but disappointing so I’ll take Fourtnette and Gurley/Brown. That should be the deciding factor.
Da Blochinators vs. All Aboard The Saquon Train
Winner: All Aboard The Saquon Train
Reason: Damn this will be a good game. I usually caution against two tight ends in a lineup but man these guys are top 6 at the position. I love all the running backs in this matchup but Prescott vs. the Jets and Wentz vs. MIN is such a dealbreaker. If Leem wasn’t such a coward he’d START D.K. METCALF. Still taking Leem by a little.
Chet Ubetcha vs. Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard
Winner: Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard
Reason: Chet has a stronger roster this week than most if David Johnson is out. I can’t really trust Allison and Humphries (for sure) so the advantage goes to the team with a strong wide receiver group (Samuel, Copper, Julio). Me and Julio might be a mid-season favorite for the championship this year so look for him to win when he’s supposed to.
Behind the Steel Curtain vs. The Screaming Aliens
Winner: Behind the Steel Curtain
Reason: Starting Danny Dimes is a huge yikes from me. Don’t really have a good back up for Cohen but I like the wide receivers on Screaming Aliens. Big fan of Andrews and most of the rest of the team but feel a little shaky on MVS and Williams. I’m still leaning in favor of Ingram, Andrews, Beckham and Michel so go Steel Curtain.
Porkchop Sandwiches vs. Stud Muffins
Winner: Porkchop Sandwiches
Reason: Stud Muffins’ has been weakened by the loss of Engram. Starting Pringle and Hurst isn’t really becoming of a 5-0 team so if there is a time to strike it's now. Getting Fuller in the lineup and a new defense will put Porkchop over the edge. Huge fan of the lineup after that.
Stairway to Kevin vs. Brady Bunch
Winner: Brady Bunch
Reason: I’m finally not picking you win Rob are you happy????? I love that both 5-0 teams have Goodwin or Godwin; good job confusing me guys. Kelce really puts Brady Bunch over the edge but I’d rather start Winston even if he can implode on himself. Stairway still has a really good squad so don’t expect this to be the normal matchup between a 5-0 team vs. a 1-4 team.
