Stairway to Kevin vs. EdgySlayerBoi69 (The Sex Number)
Winner: Stairway to Kevin
Reason: Oh man this is a must win for EdgySlayer but I don’t think it’s likely they do it. Too many injures have really knocked this team down a few pegs. On the other hand Stairway has a good lineup (even if some of the guys can be boom or bust) that just straight up outclasses Edgyslayerboi69.
Porkchop Sandwiches vs. All Aboard The Saquon Train
Winner: Porkchop Sandwiches
Reason: The Saquon Train is really going to suffer without Saquon and especially without Kerryon Johnson. A strong team with multiple high upside running backs should be able to take down this contender (pretender?). I’m really not crazy about starting Thompson against one of the best defenses in the league.
Brady Bunch vs. The Screaming Aliens
Winner: Brady Bunch
Reason: Brady Bunch is like the undisputed best team in the league right? Yea this squad is going to be untouchable on weeks where the bye doesn’t hurt them too much.
Da Blochinators vs. Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard
Winner: Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard
Reason: Melvin Gordon coining into this lineup makes it super spooky just in time for the szn. The Blochinators are looking a little worse for wear in the tight end department but everywhere else the squad seems good. It’s just not good enough to take down studs like the Jones brothers and co.
Behind the Steel Curtain vs. Marianne Williamson's Crystals
Winner: Behind the Steel Curtain
Reason: The Steel Curtain is looking a lot worse than where it was in Week 1 but they have a lot of favorable matchups this week (NYJ, PIT, BAL, WAS). The lack of good wide receivers for Marianne is really troubling for me.
Chet Ubetcha vs. Stud Muffins
Winner: Stud Muffins
Reason: Little surprised that Stud Muffins in 4-0 but here we are. Still feel like Evans and Mahomes and Zeke are the only things that Chet has going for them so they probably take the L. Stud Muffins is either going to need Juju to kick it into high gear or find a willing trade partner because he’s starting to look like the weak spot on this roster.
