Let’s go things are very serious now, playoff spots won and lost right now.
Let’s just talk about the QB pecking order right now (less than 50% ownership in NFL leagues) since that seems to be relevant coming up.
1. Derek Carr (48% owned)
2. Jared Goff (47.6% owned)
3. Daniel Jones (25.9% owned)
4. Alex Smith (5.8% owned)
5. Gardner Minshew (12.4% owned)
Ok let’s get into the meat of this below:
1. Gus Edwards: If you didn’t already own him that’s your mistake and if covid keeps the other 2 guys out of the game he’s a golden start in Week 12.
2. Carlos Hyde: I don’t think Hyde will be out there in too many leagues but it’s still worth to check. He’s very injury prone so this is not a long term solution even when Carson comes back.
3. Michael Pittman: Love the talent, love the player. Add him.
4. Deebo Samuel: Samuel and Aiyuk are QB independent but kinda coach dependent. Good thing the coach isn’t going anywhere.
5. Denzel Mims: Love the talent, love the player. fuck the situation.
6. James White: I hate it, even with Rex out we have Sony returning but the waiver wire is tight for RBs so go for it if you’re desperate
7. Josh Reynolds: I’ve been avoiding Reynold but the stats don’t lie I love the target share and the Rams have a very pressure light end of the year schedule.
8. Dalton Schultz: We should have never got away from Shultz, I have yet to watch the film but Dalton can be a decent fantasy replacement for Dak in spreading the ball around.
9. Jordan Akins: Didn’t really stand out but he caught everything throw to him by Watson. Watson was doing a lot of work on his catches but that might not change tbh. Maybe with Cobb out he steps up more?
10. Damiere Byrd: I really hate this because he doesn’t get targeted enough but he’s a good player. Worth a look. Def more a stash player.
