So both my preseason World Series teams made the playoffs (Cardinals/Yankees) which is nice. I feel good about the Yankees but less so about the Cardinals.
I’d like to put my predictions for 2019 post season below (bolded teams are ganna crush it the next few days).
Brewers vs. Nationals
Reason: Nats pitching should be overwhelming and Anthony Rendon is a super secret MVP pick. Without Yelich the Brewers are significantly weaker.
Rays vs. Athletics
Reason: Charlie Morton really surprised me this year. I don’t want to doubt him again and he has experience in the playoffs. Starting pitching is highly important in these dumb best of one games.
I’m not ganna do any more predictions on the site, those will go on twitter, but if I’m calling out two teams to meet in the World Series I’m going with the below.
