NFL Waiver Wire Week 4 2020

Waiver wire looking a lot better this week.

Think some of these guys I’ve mentioned before might still be relevant/on the waiver wire still possibly

- Russell Gage
- Joshua Kelley
- Mecole Hardman
- Chase Claypool
- Tee Higgins
- Dalton Schultz
- Laviska Shenault

Let’s look at some new guys

1. D'Ernest Johnson: He is the clear number one for me. I just want you to look at the film and tell me if you can see who ran better, Johnson or Hunt last week? I’ll give you a hint it’s fucking close. You’re ganna wanna grab Johnson after you watch the game again or for the first time. This Browns are going to focus on the run and give Johnson (like they have Chubb and Hunt this year) ample amount of space and opportunity to be a valuable fantasy asset. I don’t know if you’ll get another shot like this to add a guy who might be must start guy going forward.

2. Basically anyone I mentioned above.

3. Justin Jackson: This is an easy one considering Eckler is out. I’m not super convinced Jackson will be a good running back but he’s absolutely worth it considering the opportunity available. Don’t start him this week though, way too risky.

4. Scotty Miller: Looks like this TB team is very hurt at the WR position. Miller gets at least 2 deep passes a game and Brady can still sling it. Worth adding him for the opportunity but the Bears are a tough option on Thursday so if you need to start someone right away he’s probably not your guy.

5. Damien Harris: I like Harris but this is simple, can you really tell me you know which Patriots RB is ganna be good each week? I didn’t think so. Worth an add but IDK when you can start him.

6. Robert Tonyan: I spoke with @Fantasycentral1 about this on the podcast this week. He told to me to watch for Tonyan and he delivered. So I’m putting him on here, Aaron Rodgers used to have good receiving tight ends and if Tonyan can edge out some receivers for paying time he’s probably going to be valuable.

7. Justin Herbert/Teddy Bridgewater/Gardner Minshew: Some very good QBs still out there depending on the matchup. I don’t really like Herbert as a QB but he’s got a lot of weapons and pushes the ball downfield. Teddy also has great weapons and you know how I feel about the CAR defense (lots of opportunities to throw). Gardner is just good QB, although he hasn’t looked great the past 2 games. He also has lots of opportunity because the defense is such shit. Think my ranking of possible QB adds is as follows:
1. Teddy
2. Herbert
3. Gardner

But really it totally depends on the matchup.
