OK so after sleeping on each pick here are my grades the 4th round onward.
7th Round
229) Indianapolis Colts (from JAX through NO) – Mike Strachan, WR, Charleston (WV)
Grade: (?)
No scouting done prior but they could use a new body in this receiving group.
230) Las Vegas Raiders (from NYJ through SF) – Jimmy Morrissey, C, Pittsburgh
Grade: D
Not a fan. Like his hands and he’s been starting since he was a freshman so maybe he’s a good backup. The Raiders needed OL help bad so I give em credit for that.
231) Miami Dolphins (from HOU) – Larnel Coleman, OT, UMass
Grade: (?)
Sure take the shot here I guess. Miami has a very young OL so not sure this was necessary.
232) Carolina Panthers (From ATL through MIA and TEN) – Phil Hoskins, DT, Kentucky
Grade: (?)
Has some talent from what I read but not enough for me to give em a grade rn.
233) LA Rams ( From CIN through HOU) – Jake Funk, RB, Maryland
Grade: (?)
Had a big Pro Day but IDK. No scouting beforehand so no grade here.
234) Philadelphia Eagles – Patrick Johnson, OLB, Tulane
Grade: A
My 17th ranked edge so this is probably a steal. I wish he went again better competition but love what I saw on tape.
235) Cincinnati Bengals (from DET through SEA) – Wyatt Hubert, DE, Kansas State
Grade: A-
My 20th ranked edge. He got dinged by scouts and analysts for not tackling well but I don’t care he can get after the pass rushers. Like him going a bit earlier then this but he’s a great developmental prospect.
236) Buffalo Bills (from CAR) – Jack Anderson, OG, Texas Tech
Grade: C-
20th ranked IOL. Liked the experience a lot but he’s def a developmental player so getting him about here is probably right. But IOL is a weak group this year and he’s kinda far down on my list.
237) Denver Broncos – Kary Vincent Jr., CB, LSU
Grade: C-
My 26th ranked CB. Opted out but is a good slot corner and the Broncos could use him there. Think he’s okayish value here.
238) Dallas Cowboys – Matt Farniok, G, Nebraska
Grade: (?)
Yup this is a no grade from me.
239) Denver Broncos (from NYG) – Jonathan Cooper, DE, Ohio State
Grade: B
Love what he did against Bama. He’s a risky prospect for sure but def worth the risk here. Would have been worth the risk in the 6th even imo.
240) Washington Football Team (From SF through PHI) – William Bradley-King, DE, Baylor
Grade: F
I wanted to like him; I really did. But he’s my second to last edge prospect and yup he kinda sucks.
241) Los Angeles Chargers – Mark Webb, S, Georgia
Grade: (?)
No grade lol why did they get another safety are they worried about Derwin lol.
242) New England Patriots – Tre Nixon, WR, UCF
Grade: (?)
He def has some upside after his disastrous 2020 season. Not really a late round Pats receiver but this draft is super different and I like it.
243) Arizona Cardinals – James Wiggins, S, Cincinnati
Grade: A
This is a steal; Wiggins is my 13th ranked safety and I’m a huge fan. Love his coverage skills and his big hit ability and toughness. he’s good almost all over and I’m here for it. He doesn’t have to wait to be good in the NFL but it looks like he will on Cincy.
244) Miami Dolphins (from WFT through LV) – Gerrid Doaks, RB, Cincinnati
Grade: (?)
Never heard of him lol.
245) Pittsburgh Steelers (from MIA) – Tre Norwood, CB, Oklahoma
Grade: A-
He was the 16th ranked safety on my board and I love his playmaking ability in coverage. He can play corner since he isn’t a great tackler but I like him at safety.
246) Washington Football Team – Shaka Toney, DE, Penn State
Grade: C
This is right for Toney as much as I don’t like him this is air value.
247) Arizona Cardinals (from CHI through LV) – Michal Menet, C, Penn State
Grade: D+
Kinda saw him as a UDF guy but he has some skills that can be useful in the future. Don’t think he has staying power in the NFL but maybe he does?
248) Indianapolis Colts – Will Fries, OT, Penn State
Grade: (?)
Not a Penn State OL I’m interested in tbh.
249) LA Rams (From TEN through JAX) – Ben Skowronek, WR, Notre Dame
Grade: (?)
There were probably better receivers out there tbh.
250) Chicago Bears (from SEA) – Khyiris Tonga, DT, BYU
Grade: C+
Kinda surprised he went this late but I think it’s fine value; maybe even OK value.
251) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (from PIT) – Chris Wilcox, CB, BYU
Grade: D-
He can tackle I guess but outside of that I’m not really a fan. They don’t need a new CB yet.
252) Los Angeles Rams – Chris Garrett, LB, Concordia University St Paul
Grade: (?)
I don’t even know who you are.meme
253) Denver Broncos (from CLE) – Marquiss Spencer, DE, Mississippi State
Grade: (?)
Not a guy I know but I do know there are likely better prospects out there then him.
254) Pittsburgh Steelers (from BAL) – Pressley Harvin III, P, Georgia Tech
Grade: N/A
First punter, cool!
255) New Orleans Saints – Kawaan Baker, WR, South Alabama
Grade: (?)
Unsure but wish they went harder on WR in this draft.
256) Green Bay Packers – Kylin Hill, RB, Mississippi State
Grade: A
My 6th ranked RB, so this is great value. Why did they need to extend Jones again? Legit question.
257) Detroit Lions (from BUF through CLE) – Jermar Jefferson, RB, Oregon State
Grade: (?)
Know a little about him but don’t hate going RB this late in the draft, probably fine value.
258) Washington Football Team (from KC through MIA) – Dax Milne, WR, BYU
Grade: A
Good slot guy; great value. What’s not to like here. He could also play outside but I like him way more in the slot.
259) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Grant Stuard, LB, Houston
Grade: D-
I actually looked into this guy but he was my last LB on my Big Board. Could have been worse I guess lol.
6th Round
185) Los Angeles Chargers (from JAX through TEN) – Nick Niemann, LB, Iowa
Grade: (?)
No grade on here but LAC could use a LB even if they are already young at that position.
186) New York Jets – Hamsah Nasirildeen, S, Florida State
Grade: B-
A late addition to my Big Board but he is #17 on my Big Board. Great big dime safety and I’m here for it in the 6th round. Speed isn’t very good but love his tackling.
187) Atlanta Falcons – Frank Darby, WR, Arizona State
Grade: F
35th ranked WR, worth a 6th, might be in the 7th but I don’t think so.
188) New England Patriots (from HOU) – Joshua Bledsoe, S, Missouri
Grade: D-
22nd ranked safety for me. Like his experience a lot but that’s about it. The big plays he lets up are really not good.
189) Philadelphia Eagles – Marlon Tuipulotu, DT, USC
Grade: A-
My 6th ranked IDL in this class. In the 6th round this is great value. Love how he has a toolbox to go after the passer and has been doing it for a long time. Big fan.
190) Cincinnati Bengals – Trey Hill, C, Georgia
Grade: D+
My 17th ranked IOL so this is close to fair value but it’s not there yet. He’s also only 21 years old so he’s got some room to grow.
191) Philadelphia Eagles (from DEN through CAR) – Tarron Jackson, DE, Coastal Carolina
Grade: D-
31st ranked pass rusher, there are still way better guys out there
192) Dallas Cowboys (from DET) – Quinton Bohanna, DT, Kentucky
Grade: A-
My 12th ranked interior guy; great value for him. He’s huge, over 350lbs, and can move like crazy fast. Love his first step; he’s def risky but at this point in the draft I love this pick.
193) Carolina Panthers – Deonte Brown, OG, Alabama
Grade: A
My 6th raked IOL. Love the experience; love how he bodies people like Teven Jenkins. He’s a great run defender esp in the zone run game. Big fan of this selection.
194) San Francisco 49ers – Elijah Mitchell, RB, Louisiana
Grade: B+
My 9th ranked RB and man in other classes that would be a home run. I like this pick more then Trey Sermon in the 3rd by far even if Sermon is my 12th ranked guy.
195) Houston Texans (from DAL through NE) – Roy Lopez, DT, Arizona
Grade: (?)
Not scouted so unsure. But like going defensive line for HOU
196) New York Giants – Gary Brightwell, RB, Arizona
Grade: D
My 18th ranked RB in a trash class so not really a fan. They do need more RBs in that backfield tho so that saved it from being an “F”.
197) New England Patriots – William Sherman, OT, Colorado
Grade: D-
My 26th ranked OT. I worry about this grade being so low because of what NE does with OL. He’s got no power to him but if he waits a few years and develops behind an already very good OL I could see him being a starter. Just how he is now is trash.
198) Los Angeles Chargers – Larry Rountree III, RB, Missouri
Grade: C+
This is about fair value for Rountree; he’s my 13th ranked RB in this class.
199) Minnesota Vikings – Jaylen Twyman, DT, Pittsburgh
Grade: C+
My 15th ranked IDL. Not sure why he opted out as he wasn’t a lock to go in the draft. I like the pass rushing moves and the production just not sure it will translate to the NFL.
200) New York Jets (from LV) – Brandin Echols, CB, Kentucky
Grade: (?)
No grade not sure but they need CB help so I don’t hate it.
201) New York Giants (from AZ) – Rodarius Williams, CB, Oklahoma State
Grade: D
My 34th ranked CB because I’m not sure where the upside is. He’s 24 already and going to be 25 in September. At least he can kinda tackle.
202) Cincinnati Bengals (from MIA through HOU) – Chris Evans, RB, Michigan
Grade: D-
Not interested. He’s my 19th ranked RB which is third from last. CIN does need a scat back but this ain’t it chief.
203) Buffalo Bills (from WAS through LV, MIA, and HOU) – Marquez Stevenson, WR, Houston
Grade: D-
Want to give this one an “F” but I mean at least he’s kinda fast. One year wonder that may have already hit his peak.
204) Carolina Panthers (from CHI) – Shi Smith, WR, South Carolina
Grade: D+
My 29th ranked WR so he is kinda going for fair value but not really. Not a huge fan of skillset but at least he had a good Senior Bowl.
205) Tennessee Titans – Racey McMath, WR, LSU
Grade: (?)
Love this name and I think they need a WR but Racey likely isn’t it.
206) New Orleans Saints (from IND) – Landon Young, OT, Kentucky
Grade: F
Last ranked OT on my board. Not worth this selection.
207) New York Jets (from PIT through MIA and KC) – Jonathan Marshall, DT, Arkansas
Grade: C-
My 17th ranked guy on my IDL Big Board. I like him as a rotational guy but that’s about it right now.
208) Seattle Seahawks (From SEA through MIA and CHI) – Stone Forsythe, OT, Florida
Grade: B+
This guy is a fucking stone statue at about 6-foot-8 and is lean as fuck. Love the body here and with his good feet movement he’s a really interesting dude. Big fan at this value
209) Jacksonville Jaguars (From LAR) – Jalen Camp, WR, Georgia Tech
Grade: (?)
No prior scouting on here but the Jags didn’t need to take WR this late. Not a great pick otherwise.
210) Arizona Cardinals (from BAL) – Victor Dimukeje, DE, Duke
Grade: D+
Like his stats a good amount and his pass rush skills but didn’t really show much improvement over the years at Duke. OK value here.
211) Cleveland Browns – Demetric Felton, WR, UCLA
Grade: C+
Had Felton listed as an RB on my ranks but I can obviously see him as a WR. Like taking a risk on one of the more intriguing prospects of the draft.
212) Buffalo Bills (from NO through HOU) – Damar Hamlin, S, Pittsburgh
Grade: B+
My 12 ranked safety in a really crowded class. Love him here to backup two very good vet safeties BUF has. Love how he has a nose for the football. Big fan.
213) Buffalo Bills – Rachad Wildgoose, CB, Wisconsin
Grade: A
13th ranked CB on my Big Board. Love this prospect more than most and this is great value. Lots of forced incompletions and can play both inside and outside.
214) Green Bay Packers – Cole Van Lanen, OT, Wisconsin
Grade: C-
21st ranked OT on my Big Board. Didn’t like it when he faced better talent. But there is some really good film to go off on and maybe just maybe he can make it in the NFL. Just think it’s kinda likely he wont.
215) Tennessee Titans (from KC) – Brady Breeze, S, Oregon
Grade: D
Like his effort but he just doesn’t get there when it counts. My 2nd to last ranked safety.
216) Pittsburgh Steelers (from TB) – Quincy Roche, LB, Miami
Grade: A-
18th ranked edge guy. Just wonder if it was because of the talent he played with. Think this is good value on him tho so I like this pick a lot.
217) Chicago Bears (from TB through SEA) – Khalil Herbert, RB, Virginia Tech
Grade: A+
Might be one of the best picks in the draft. He’s my 4th ranked RB on my Big Board. Bears adding some killer offensive weapons.
218) Indianapolis Colts (from NO) – Sam Ehlinger, QB, Texas
Grade: D
Think they already have a backup QB but go get your guy if you want more QBs I guess.
219) Denver Broncos (from ATL) – Seth Williams, WR, Auburn
Grade: D+
I don’t hate taking a late chance on a speed guy but this is a really a reach. He’s my 31st ranked WR and DEN already has a crowded WR group.
220) Green Bay Packers (compensatory selection) – Isaiah McDuffie, LB, Boston College
Grade: (?)
No scouting on this but whatever they need LB help so credit there.
221) Chicago Bears (compensatory selection) – Dazz Newsome, WR, North Carolina
Grade: B-
This is a good value for my 22nd ranked WR. Like his route running and break tackle ability at this point in the draft. Nice selection.
222) Carolina Panthers (compensatory selection) – Thomas Fletcher, LS, Alabama
Grade: N/A
The world needs more good LS; good on CAR.
223) Arizona Cardinals (from MIN; compensatory selection) – Tay Gowan, CB, UCF
Grade: A
Look I get it; I’m higher on Gowan than most but he’s my 8th ranked CB. Love the talent and I get that he is undersized and opted out but love what I saw on film and I’m not flinching.
224) Philadelphia Eagles (compensatory selection) – JaCoby Stevens, S, LSU
Grade: D-
23rd ranked safety for me. Not a fan of this one.
225) Washington Football Team (from PHI) – Camaron Cheeseman, LS, Michigan
Grade: N/A
We should draft LS instead of kickers in FF.
226) Kansas City Chiefs (from CAR through NYJ) – Trey Smith, G, Tennessee
Grade: A-
Load up this OL yes KC don’t let injuries ruin your SB run. 14th ranked IOL on my Big Board. I’m a fan of this pick.
227) Dallas Cowboys (compensatory selection) – Israel Mukuamu, CB, South Carolina
Grade: D
30th ranked CB on my Big Board. Not a huge fan.
228) Chicago Bears (compensatory selection) – Thomas Graham Jr., CB, Oregon
Grade: A
He’s ranked #9 on my Big Board. Love his forced incompletion rates, his speed is there, super reliable and love his hands/PBU ability. Big fan of this pick right before round 7; nice.
5th Round
145) Jacksonville Jaguars – Luke Farrell, TE, Ohio State
Grade: (?)
No grade on him but seems like a blocker and the Jags already signed a TE who can do that this offseason so not sure why they made this selection.
146) New York Jets – Jamien Sherwood, S, Auburn
Grade: B+
This is probably just about right for Sherwood; maybe even a bit too late. He’s my 9th ranked safety with a lot of potential. Love how he hands TEs and plays in the box; new Jamal Adams maybe? Nah but can still be a good box guy in his own right.
147) Houston Texans – Brevin Jordan, TE, Miami
Grade: B+
I want to give them a high grade for this pick since Jordan is the TE4 in this class. But the TE class isn’t super great so the grade can’t be too high. Also think HOU should have gone with a more impactful position considering thier limited draft capital.
148) Atlanta Falcons – Ta’Quon Graham, DT, Texas
Grade: C+
Solid pick here; he’s my 14th ranked IDL. Even though he isn’t huge I still like his strength and his ability to stop the run. Maybe with some more weight he can be an everyday and impressive starter.
149) Cincinnati Bengals – Evan McPherson, K, Florida
Grade: N/A
I don’t grade kickers, not enough info for me.
150) Philadelphia Eagles – Kenneth Gainwell, RB, Memphis
Grade: B+
My 7th ranked RB in a not so deep class. Good spell back early on in his career for Sanders then who knows where he goes from there. Nice selection.
151) Chicago Bears (From CAR) -Larry Borom, OT, Missouri
Grade: B
16th ranked guy on my Big Board in a loaded OT class. Love his hands and love adding to a Bears line that did not perform well last year. Good job.
152) Denver Broncos – Caden Sterns, S, Texas
Grade: D-
Big mistake; huge. There are so many better safeties in this class. Sterns is my 24th ranked guy and that’s a solid bad grade.
153) Cleveland Browns (from DET) – Tony Fields II, LB, West Virginia
Grade: D+
Not a fan of this pick. Number 16 on my Big Board in a not so good LB class. He can be fast but is undersized and his coverage leaves much to be desired. He can be a project but still went way too early for my liking.
154) New York Jets (from NYG) – Michael Carter II, S, Duke
Grade: (?)
The second Michael Carter in more ways than one (In fact there are 3 ways he’s the second lol). Didn’t scout so no grade here.
155) San Francisco 49ers – Jaylon Moore, OG, Western Michigan
Grade: C-
My 20th ranked guy on my OT board so that’s not too bad but there isn’t too much good here either. He’s got some nice tools but the fact that he wasn’t very dominate at Wester Mich is a head scratcher an was one of the main reasons he was so low on my ranks.
156) Pittsburgh Steelers (From DAL through PHI and MIA) – Isaiahh Loudermilk, DT, Wisconsin
Grade: (?)
No grade here; not scouted beforehand.
157) Minnesota Vikings – Ihmir Smith-Marsette, WR, Iowa
Grade: C-
He’s just a speed guy but this could be argued is fair value for a developmental speed guy. I’m just not going to make it.
158) Carolina Panthers (from From NE through HOU) – Daviyon Nixon, DT, Iowa
Grade: A-
Big fan of this pick. I’m super high on Nixon as he’s my 8th ranked IDL. He can be very up and down but the ups are so good taking him in the fifth round is well worth it. Even with the ups and downs he’s got a solid profile that I’m a fan of. Just give him some time behind a good line and I think he can progress into a good starter.
159) Los Angeles Chargers – Brendan James, OT, Nebraska
Grade: C+
This is about fair value for him as the 19th ranked guy on my OT big board. I initially had him way higher so here’s to hoping I was right initially for LAC’s sake.
160) Baltimore Ravens (from ARI) – Shaune Wade, CB, Ohio State
Grade: D
Think a lot of people will really like the value here as I saw analysts valuing him around round 3 but I’m not one of those guys. Waste of pick with better CBs on the board.
161) Buffalo Bills (from LV) – Tommy Doyle, OT, Miami (OH)
Grade: C+
My 18th ranked OT. Love how he moves for a man his size. The potential is def here.
162) Kansas City Chiefs (from MIA through LV and NYJ) – Noah Gray, TE, Duke
Grade: D-
My second to last TE on my Big Board. Huge not a fan here and also not a need at all. Would have liked an edge here not a TE. Bad move.
163) Washington Football Team – Darrick Forrest, S, Cincinnati
Grade: D+
So I didn’t have a scouting report on him before the draft but I feel semi comfortable giving him a grade here as I’ve done some research on him post-draft. Not a fan when there were way better guys on the board.
164) Denver Broncos (from CHI via NYG) – Jamar Johnson, S, Indiana
Grade: A
Great selection here in the 5th round. Once Jackson leaves in a year or two I expect Johnson to step in and play lights out. Great selection here to keep the defense stacked with reinforcements once thier dudes get too old or too expensive.
165) Indianapolis Colts – Shawn Davis, S, Florida
Grade: C
My 18th ranked safety but I think he can find the field earlier than a lot of guys in the 5th. Has a role as a good physical safety in the box but as an everyday starter I’m not a fan.
166) Carolina Panthers (from TEN) – Keith Taylor, CB, Washington
Grade: F
My 38th and last ranked CB; that should just about say it.
167) Las Vegas Raiders (from SEA) – Nate Hobbs, CB, Illinois
Grade: (?)
No rank; don’t know him.
168) Minnesota Vikings (from PIT through BAL) – Zach Davidson, TE, Central Missouri
Grade: (?)
Also was unable to scout; I don’t hate a TE late here tho.
169) Cleveland Browns (from LAR) – Richard LeCounte, S, Georgia
Grade: A
My 6th ranked safety in a very talented class. He can be a divisive player and I get that but he is dependable and just good at football. IDK about the physical traits for him; he’s a gamer and damn good player.
170) Houston Texans (from CLE through JAX and LAR) – Garret Wallow, LB, TCU
Grade: D-
My 22nd ranked LB; not a fan. Kind of a trash player but I don’t hate the idea.
171) Baltimore Ravens – Daelin Hayes, DE, Notre Dame
Grade: C-
Kind of a middle of the road guy as he’s my 23rd ranked edge in this class. He’s got a toolbox in the pass rushing game which I like a lot but not sure everything else will translate.
172) San Francisco 49ers (from NO) – Deommodore Lenoir, CB, Oregon
Grade: D
I really wanted to be higher on Lenoir then I was but he really just seems like a good tackler and a switch to safety might not be out of the question which is fine imo. Maybe SF can get the most out of him but I’m just not a believer.
173) Green Bay Packers – Tedarrell Slaton, DT, Florida
Grade: F
My las ranked IDL. Not a fan; kind of a bad NT lol.
174) LA Rams (from BUF through HOU) – Earnest Brown IV, DE, Northwestern
Grade: D+
My 30th ranked edge but I think if he kicks inside to 3/4 edge he can find a home as a rotational guy.
175) NY Jets (from KC) – Jason Pinnock, CB, Pittsburgh
Grade: (?)
Who? I’m not sure lol
176) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – K.J. Britt, LB, Auburn
Grade: D+
Not really a big fan but the one thing this guy does is tackle and man can he tackle. There is def a role for him in the NFL and probably can replace David or White in clear running situations.
177) New England Patriots (compensatory selection) – Cameron McGrone, LB, Michigan
Grade: C
So he’s young which is nice. 20 y/o right now but doesn’t have PBU to his name which isn’t good. Can play run defense right now but he has to grow in pass defending. Think he could do it just give him some time.
178) Green Bay Packers (compensatory selection) – Shemar Jean-Charles, CB, Appalachian State
Grade: B
My 24th ranked CB but I like don’t hate him in this range. I could have been higher on him honestly because I love him at the catch point, his hips are great and even if he’s slow and can’t tackle as well he’s good in coverage and that’s what really matters right?
179) Dallas Cowboys (compensatory selection) – Simi Fehoko, WR, Stanford
Grade: B+
Love this pick for DAL because he doesn’t have to start yet. He’s a physical freak. His tools are insane and he’s def a project but when he’s finished and polished he’s ganna be good.
180) San Francisco 49ers (compensatory selection) – Talanoa Hufanga, S, USC
Grade: D
So he’s ranked 3rd to last on my safety ranks but he could maybe play linebacker? He hits like the safteys of old and I like his blitz ability buttttt his coverage skills straight up suck so please don’t depend on him in coverage.
181) Kansas City Chiefs (compensatory selection) – Cornell Powell, WR, Clemson
Grade: B-
My 22nd ranked WR but KC needed to load up with more receiver talent and I don’t hate Powell. Glad he can line up with another HOF type QB. That will be helpful for him.
182) Atlanta Falcons (compensatory selection) – Adetokunbo Ogundeji, DE, Notre Dame
Grade: F
Kind of a JAG; don’t see him have too much of future in the NFL.
183) Atlanta Falcons (compensatory selection) – Avery Williams, CB, Boise State
Grade: (?)
No scouting before but the name feels very NFL.
184) Baltimore Ravens (compensatory selection) – Ben Mason, FB, Michigan
Grade: N/A
We don’t ranked FB here but the Ravens will probably need one considering how much they want to and do run the ball. So this is probs a fine selection.
4th Round
106) Jacksonville Jaguars – Jay Tufele, DT, USC
Grade: B
9th ranked IDL on my Big Board. I’m a fan of his potential but this is fair value. Should be good to work rotationally early on in his career for the Jags. Fine pick, no arguments here.
107) New York Jets – Michael Carter, RB, North Carolina
Grade: A
A steal going this late. He’s my RB2 in this class and should be an immediate starter even if he’s splitting time initially. Getting Wilson another weapons is almost a stroke of genius. Great pick here.
108) Atlanta Falcons – Darren Hall, CB, San Diego State
Grade: C+
19th guy on my big board so this is a little early for me but I really like his eyes and his ability to read the passer. I also like his progression since college, there still may be more to like in the future. I’m not a huge fan but I don’t hate it either.
109 )Tennessee Titans (from HOU through CAR) – Dez Fitzpatrick, WR, Louisville
Grade: (?)
Didn’t scout em so not sure what to do. There were better receivers on the board tho.
110) Cleveland Browns (from PHI) – James Hudson, OT, Cincinnati
Grade: B
12 ranked OT on my Big Board. The 4th round is about right for him. He’s a converted defense lineman so he’s still got a ways to go but as a project in the 4th round this is def worth it. Like how he moves for his size.
111) Cincinnati Bengals – Cameron Sample, DE, Tulane
Grade: B
My 13th ranked edge guy in this class and this is about fair value. Had a really good Senior Bowl but I liked a lot of what I saw on film otherwise; hopefully he can go from doing it as a Big Wave to doing it in the NFL.
112) Detroit Lions – Amon- Ra St. Brown, WR, USC
Grade: A+
Think this might be my favorite pick of the draft. DET is WR needy and they got my 7th ranked one in round 4. You love to see it. Scouts love to see flashy ability but Amon-Ra is simply just a good WR and his skillset is still desirable.
113) Detroit Lions (from CAR through CLE) – Derrick Barnes, LB, Purdue
Grade: C
He’s def a developmental guy, not sure if he’s best suited to playing inside or outside or something different. Not sure how good he is at coverage so like him as a 3/4 outside linebacker but we’ll see where he ends up a new look DET defense.
114) Atlanta Falcons (from DEN) – Drew Dalman, C, Stanford
Grade: C
He’s a good depth piece for ATL and that’s really what I like him for. ATL investing more in the offense then I thought they would this draft but the offensive line is the only spot that really needs work in ATL.
115) Dallas Cowboys – Jabril Cox, LB, LSU
Grade: A
Steal city, DAL needed to improve the defense in this draft and they keep on doing it. Cox was my 5th ranked LB in this draft and that was behind some massive heavy hitters in my opinion. Love this pick even if it was just BPA.
116) New York Giants – Elerson Smith, LB, Northern Iowa
Grade: D
My 28th ranked edge; the only reason it’s not an F because there is some developmental upside.
117) LA Rams (from SF) – Bobby Brown III, DT, Texas A&M
Grade: C-
I would have rather have someone else this early in the 4th. The 13th ranked IDL just doesn’t inspire much confidence in me long term. He’s a fine pass rusher from the interior but don’t the Rams have someone who’s good at that? They had other needs.
118) Los Angeles Chargers – Chris Rumph II, LB, Duke
Grade: D
Not a fan at all; my 24th ranked edge. Wouldn’t hate this pick if it was in the 6th round.
119) Minnesota Vikings – Kene Nwangwu, RB, Iowa State
Grade: (?)
An RB this early in the draft when they already have a star and a very good backup feelswierdman. I don’t know the talent but this feels like a bad pick.
120) New England Patriots – Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, Oklahoma
Grade: C+
Def a Pats pick here. I have a feeling I’ll be very interested in Stevenson in my rookie drafts. The Pats know how to use thier RBs and Stevenson should be no exception. Think there were others I liked better but this is a fine pick.
121) Jacksonville Jaguars (from LV through SF and LAR) – Jordan Smith, DE, UAB
Grade: B-
My 15th ranked edge player. Think he needs to get a little bigger but I like the his frame. Jags adding to the DL depth again with a good rotational player.
122) Cincinnati Bengals (From ARI through HOU and NE) –Tyler Shelvin, DT, LSU
Grade: B
Happy to take the chance on Shelvin in the 4th round. Think I’m less high on Shelvin then most but I still like him enough. He’s my 11th ranked IDL but obviously the weight issues are no joke.
123) Philadelphia Eagles (from MIA) – Zech McPhearson, CB, Texas Tech
Grade: C
Not really a fan of this; PHI needed to go harder at CB earlier in the draft. I like McPhearson in that he wasn’t dominated like most in the Big 12 but it’s not like he was great there by any stretch. Think I would have rather go with a more sure bet at this point in the draft.
124) Washington Football Team – John Bates, TE, Boise State
Grade: B
I’m a fan of this one; he’s my 6th ranked TE in this not so great class. I like Thomas to start for the WFT this year but if Bates corrects his drops problem I could def become a fan one day.
125) Minnesota Vikings (from CHI) – Camryn Bynum, CB, California
Grade: D
27th ranked CB; way too early for him. At least they are trying to address the CB position but I worry more young talent wont be the answer.
126) Carolina Panthers (from TEN) – Chuba Hubbard, RB, Oklahoma State
Grade: C+
My 10th ranked RB in this class. Not a huge fan of the talent but he’ll be a fine backup for McCaffery.
127) Indianapolis Colts – Kylen Granson, TE, SMU
Grade: C
My 9th ranked TE. I like this pick but I don't love it. This is not really that much of a need either.
128) Pittsburgh Steelers – Dan Moore Jr., OT, Texas A&M
Grade: (?)
Probably good to bolster the OL so I like this for that reason but I don’t know the prospect so can’t give em a grade.
129) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (from SEA) – Jaelon Darden, WR, North Texas
Grade: A-
Great value for Darden as my WR13 in this draft class. Not sure when he will see the field or if he even will next year but in preparation for some possible WR departures next offseason this pick will play dividends.
130) LA Rams (From LAR through JAX) – Robert Rochell, CB, Central Arkansas
Grade: C-
Not thrilled at all with this pick. He’s speedy and small but has a big wingspan but he really doesn’t show up that much on film. He’s got a long way to go but the only reason he’s ranked so highly is because the potential is at least there. Maybe waiting behind Jalen for a bit will do him good.
131) Baltimore Ravens – Tylan Wallace, WR, Oklahoma State
Grade: A
Great selection here; Wallace is my 12th ranked WR. Very good outside receiver to help Lamar; big fan of the weapons BAL has added in this draft. Wouldn’t surprised me if Wallace is the best one they added either.
132) Cleveland Browns – Tommy Togiai, DT, Ohio State
Grade: A
I guess if you can't get Barmore early you settle for Togiai and honestly I wouldn't be surprised if these guys are closer in talent level than people realize. He’s the number 3 IDL on my Big Board so getting him in the 4th is a huge steal. Making up for thier shitshow of a 3rd rounder.
133) New Orleans Saints – Ian Book, QB, Notre Dame
Grade: D
Wayyy too early for Book. He wont even stick out in a terrible QB room in NO. But hey at least they are trying.
134) Minnesota Vikings (from BUF; conditional) -Janarius Robinson, DE, Florida State
Grade: C-
My 21st ranked Edge. He's got some upside and some flashy plays on tape but he’s not always good. In fact most of the time he’s kinda bad. The upside is there tho I just don’t really believe in it too much.
135) Tennessee Titans (From GB) – Rashad Weaver, DE, Pittsburgh
Grade: A+
My 7th ranked edge rusher in this class. It’s insulting he fell this far. TEN continues to kill it this draft.
136) Arizona Cardinals (from KC through BAL) – Marco Wilson, CB, Florida
Grade: F
Marco is just as reckless as this pick. My 36th ranked CB. Terrible.
137) Seattle Seahawks (from TB) – Tre Brown, CB, Oklahoma
Grade: B+
My 16th ranked CB. Just watch his film vs the vaunted Tylan Wallace then you’ll understand why I’m a fan. Love how physical he is and has a lot of experience with over 2,000 snaps. Good pick.
138) Dallas Cowboys (compensatory selection) – Josh Ball, OT, Marshall
Grade: D-
Not a big Josh Ball fan at all. My 2nd to last guy (27th) on my Big Board. Do better DAL.
139) Cincinnati Bengals (from NE) – D’Ante Smith, OT, East Carolina
Grade: B-
He’s the 17 guy on my big board but I’m here for the value he could posses in the 4th round. Love how athletic he can be and if he puts on more weight I hope that won’t go away. Don’t think Smith needs to start right away on CIN so I’m happy enough with this pick as long as he sits.
140) Pittsburgh Steelers (compensatory selection) – Buddy Johnson, ILB, Texas A&M
Grade: D+
Just a downhill and traditional linebacker not meant for the contemporary NFL. Might have a limited role on the Steelers in clear run downs but outside of that I’m not sure what use he has.
141) Los Angeles Rams (compensatory selection) – Jacob Harris, WR, UCF
Grade: (?)
Don’t know what to give this dude but seems weird to draft another WR when they already drafted one in the 2nd and another in the second last year. Odd draft to say the least.
142) Green Bay Packers (compensatory selection) – Royce Newman, OG, Ole Miss
Grade: D+
Think he went a little early. My 18th ranked IOL and in a not great IOL class there just isn’t much value in this pick.
143) Las Vegas Raiders (from MIN through NYJ) – Tyree Gillespie, S, Missouri
Grade: C
Not as big of a fan of Gillespie as others are; that’s for sure. Feels weird taking another safety in this draft; are they just done with Abrams? Maybe and I think moving on would be good but there were other positions of need they should have hit on at this spot.
144) Kansas City Chiefs (compensatory selection) – Joshua Kaindoh, DE, Florida State
Grade: B+
A very nice pick for the end of the fourth round. Kaindoh is my 16th ranked edge player. Can’t really teach his size and I love that he has good bend on his pass rush considering how freakishly big he is. Def needed to add to the pass rush for KC.
